A push notification sent to the customer when their available balance falls below a customer-configurable threshold (default: NZD 50). The alert fires in real time as soon as the balance crosses the threshold on a posted transaction — not on a delayed batch check. The customer sets the threshold once; the balance engine monitors continuously.
