An alert triggered when a transaction scores above the customer-specific anomaly threshold — unusual merchant, unusual amount, unusual geography, or unusual time pattern. The fraud scorer evaluates every transaction in real time; the alert reaches the customer's device within seconds of posting. The customer can confirm (nothing to action) or dispute directly from the alert notification.
