Customer-selectable card design from a gallery of options, or upload of a personal image (subject to content moderation). The selected design is stored in the customer's profile configuration and applied to both physical card production and virtual card display. Card personalisation is a retention driver — customers with personalised cards have lower churn rates than those with default designs.
