Per-category notification configuration — customers can independently control push notifications, SMS alerts, and email notifications for each event type (payment received, payment sent, low balance, fraud alert, statement ready, etc.). Fraud and regulatory notifications cannot be disabled; all other notifications are customer-configurable. The automation rules engine evaluates notification preferences at the point of triggering each event.
