The Snowflake analytics layer that computes personalised insight signals for every customer on a per-signal refresh cadence — idle cash detection, spend anomaly scores, FX rate opportunity signals, and product recommendations. Results are pre-computed into Snowflake presentation tables and served to the app via the Snowflake read API (ADR-038 Tier 3). Insights never enter Postgres — the app reads them directly from Snowflake via a dedicated API layer at 150–400ms per query.
