Accepts periodic valuation updates from appraisers or market data feeds, applies the configured haircut, and recalculates the collateral coverage ratio against the outstanding exposure. Alerts the credit team when coverage falls below the loan-to-value covenant. Updated valuations feed directly into the exposure calculation engine (MOD-030) and the capital model (MOD-033).
