Manages the navigation graph for the customer app — screen routing, tab bar state, back-stack management, and animated transitions. Handles deep links from push notifications and external sources, routing the customer directly to the relevant screen (e.g. a pending payment approval or a new statement). All navigation events are available to the analytics layer.
