Stores the customer's trusted payees with display names, account numbers, and payment type metadata. New payees are submitted to the fraud scorer before first use; high-risk payees trigger a scam warning before the customer can proceed. Payees can be created, edited, and deleted; deletion does not remove the underlying payment history.
