The governed Snowflake → Neon write-back path. Snowflake-generated decisions — onboarding outcomes, CDD tier assignments, fraud actions, credit pre-approvals, and AML escalations — are published as versioned, idempotent decision payloads to the Neon decision inbox, where they are validated, deduplicated, and applied to the correct operational table. This is the only mechanism by which Snowflake decisions take operational effect in Postgres; no direct database writes from Snowflake are permitted. See ADR-036 for the full contract definition and ADR-038 for the tier classification that governs this boundary.
