Every regulated product disclosure is enforced as a gate before the corresponding action can be executed — no product acceptance, payment, or fee-generating event proceeds without the required disclosure being presented and acknowledged. This includes responsible lending disclosures (CCCFA / NCC repayment amounts and total costs before loan acceptance), FX rate and spread disclosure before cross-border transfers, fee disclosure before any fee-generating action, and product terms acceptance at account opening. The disclosure register records what was shown, to whom, and when — providing auditable evidence of compliance with CON-004, CRE-002, PAY-004, and CON-005.
